Quick and easy access to RUAG Aviation’s Swiss maintenance centre which is based in our hangars.

AIR-CONDITIONED PREMISES
Access to the theory rooms, the pilots’ office, the lounge and the private kitchen. Easy access for the disabled.

High-speed wifi available in all areas.
On request, we can also accommodate you in our VIP rooms specifically for pilots. These can be hired for one day, for one night or for several days/nights at a rate of CHF 140 per night which includes access to our fitness area and spa. We can also offer you vehicle or bicycle hire direct from our hangars.

WHO CAN HIRE A HELICOPTER?
Anyone holding a helicopter pilot’s licence valid for the type required (EC120 or AS350 B2) can hire one of our machines. A flight test with one of our instructors is required prior to any rental. Qualified instructors from our flight school are available for you in the case of licence renewals.
WHAT DOCUMENTS MUST I PROVIDE?
- A valid licence for the required helicopter type
- Class 1 medical for CPL(H) licences or Class 2 medical for PPL(H) licences
- Official identity document
- Criminal Records Check
CAN I RESERVE MY HELICOPTER ONLINE?
In order to be able to hire online, the first rental must be done direct. When all checks have been carried out, you will be given access to online reservation for future rentals.
I WOULD LIKE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PROFESSIONAL PILOT (SAFETY PILOT) FOR MY FLIGHT - IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, on request, one of our safety pilots (professional pilots) can accompany you to provide safety and support during your flight.
